Welcome / Conversation Focused Collaboration

DESIGN INTENT
Create a dynamic shared “we” space that supports different types of collaboration, including information sharing, evaluation and connected work. It should support both physical and virtual collaboration to help local and distributed teams stay connected, with videoconferencing providing seamless connectivity between the “local” team and teams “distributed” around the world.

For a more formal and focused approach to customer conversations that includes embedded intelligence featuring SMART Technologies 55” Interactive LED Touchscreen Monitor enabled by Clickshare full-featured wireless presentation system and a fully integrated Control system.

This focused workspace is adjacent to a dynamic collaborative space without noise disturbance issues

COLLABORATION ZONE

DESIGN INTENT
Collaboration is a dynamic process that happens throughout a worker’s busy day. This media:scape setting allows people to simply walk up, connect their laptops and start sharing information. It becomes a collaborative destination where meetings are inclusive, everyone participates and people build on each other’s ideas in real time. Information is displayed for everyone to see, share and learn. The table shape keeps all participants visually connected to displayed content, as well as each other.

INTEGRATED TECHNOLOGY

DESIGN INTENT
High performance setting for video and smart or analog collaboration in the open plan. This area features SMART Board™ 800 series interactive whiteboard system offering a natural touch and writing experience, making it a great choice for every collaboration environment. Both digital and analog content are captured on camera to reduce the disparity that happens for remote users feeling lost when physically not present.

FREE ADDRESS

DESIGN INTENT
Create a simple shared free address destination that allows the user to quickly and easily unpack and work. Personal caddies, open storage, adjustable height work surfaces and in-surface access to power allow for mobile technology and devices.This area is easily accessible and allows the user to see and be seen.

RESIDENT OFFICE / PRIVATE OFFICE

DESIGN INTENT
Expressed hierarchy for a resident worker with a progressive solution designed to solve for optimization of real estate through layering and simple technology connections. Blend open and closed storage for a mixture of personal and work based storage. Provide plentiful slim upper surfaces for arraying and piling of smaller paper based elements.

NOMADIC FOCUSED

DESIGN INTENT
An individual space for mobile workers delivering improved ergonomics (height adjustable worksurface) and tools for longer duration use. 54” panels give the worker a sense of shelter and acoustic privacy.

Optimize real estate by having the same space serve multiple users.

DESIGN INTENT
Open plan space for a resident worker with a refined aesthetic, designed to solve for optimization of real estate through layering and simple technology connections. Blend open and closed storage for a mixture of personal and work based storage. The addition of soft seating allows for impromptu meetings.

DESIGN INTENT
Create an open plan setting designed to balance focus and collaboration between users. Allow for mentoring and discussion as well as postural changes across standing height storage elements. Blend panel based space division and free standing desking and storage systems to provide territorial privacy with visual connectivity to light and others.

This setting illustrates a bench designed for resident workers. These owned spaces maintain visual connectivity while screens and storage elements create territorial privacy enabling the ability to focus. Simple access to technology is maintained using the desk and storage connect zones for technology and personal devices.
