Oxford
Oxford Properties Group Inc. is
one of Canada’s largest property owners
and managers. Their focus of creating building solutions for
its business customers led to the development of a strategic relationship
with POI Business Interiors,
Steelcase and other business suppliers in the shape of Empori™,
a B2B and B2C online products and services procurement program.
Our combined product offering, knowledge and services
impacted significantly on the success of Oxford Properties’ relocation
to new premises. We partnered with Intercede Facility Management
Group to realize Oxford’s
vision of revolutionizing their business culture through a
new facility and furnishings.
Enclosed office environments and ‘mahogany
row’ standards were
transformed to open collaborative workareas. Enclaves / Access
Rooms and meeting rooms allow for private, concentrative work.
The use of Answer workstations
(at 42’’ height), Quotient walls, Activity and
Turnstone mobile units and accessories, Leap and Metro seating
enhanced the organization’s
goal of increased communication and collaboration. POI Business
Interiors was involved with orientation and training sessions
focused on communicating the
business cultural shift to the Oxford employees.
Critical success
factors as outlined by Oxford Properties at the start up of
the project were all met. Subsequently, POI
was selected
as vendor
of
choice
for all branch locations within Toronto and across Canada.
