As one of the largest real estate service and property management providers in Canada, Bentall Kennedy needed to ensure that their new space reflected their premium brand positioning in the marketplace. This award-winning design space, spanning two floors in downtown Toronto, had to be well-being certified, aesthetically pleasing to support client meetings, and optimize workflow.
Bentall Kennedy called upon POI to deliver on their furnishing solutions which included over 40 offices, 200 workstations, large and smaller meeting rooms, open ancillary spaces, and their work café. POI was instrumental in meeting the confidentiality requirements of senior brokers by outfitting their many glass offices as well as applying and installing all staff workstations. Well-being solutions included Ology height adjustable desks as well as Steelcase Gesture seating with its flexible support and responsive construction.
Working with the interior designer, POI successfully delivered to meet project timelines and received high praise for executing flawlessly as well as coming in on budget.
