KingSett, a company that values both tradition and well-being, had outgrown their space in the TD Tower and needed to expand. Having recently acquired the Scotia Plaza, the opportunity to move there and take two full floors allowed for the design of a more functional, collaborative and engaging space for their employees.
Kingsett engaged POI to supply quality furnishings to support their business. Their space included: 40 private offices, 4 EA stations, and 105 workstations. The space also supported much needed additional meeting rooms as well as a spacious and modern “KingSett Hub” that functions as an employee meeting and lunch space as well as a venue for special events and Company “Town Hall” meetings.
The new space features an abundance of glass to effectively harvest light and create an environment of transparency. It further includes state of the art height adjustability desking that allows their team members to sit or stand throughout the day as well as small soft seating and open collaboration areas that employees can take advantage of for short meetings. The space is bright, energetic, reflects the KingSett brand and values and provides for the ability to grow and expand.
