Parkbridge relocated their head office location to Collingwood, Ontario. To support their consolidation strategy, they built a new 2 storey office building and merged
5 existing smaller locations into one.
Parkbridge wanted their new flagship head office location to reflect their brand and culture and sought to engage a partner that was able to work within tight timelines and their set budget. POI was selected ahead of other competitors because of their responsiveness to these requirements as well as their ability to provide a wide variety of solution options and applications.
After an initial call, Parkbridge engaged POI workplace experts around other connected solutions such as move management and project management and integrated seamless delivery of these services. They liked that there was one point of contact for their full scope needs. POI also helped them troubleshoot electrical concerns or questions prior to order placement and worked with them through the pandemic lockdowns to satisfy their occupancy needs.
The Parkbridge space represented change for some staff who went from an office to a workstation. POI assisted with change management by providing them with various resources to help with the cultural shift including research, welcome to your workstation packages, links to chair demos, and troubleshooting for height adjustable tables. The feedback from staff has been overwhelmingly positive.
