YA Engage, a digital promotion and marketing solutions provider headquartered in Chatham, needed to expand their contact centre to support double-digit employee growth. When they moved into their new facility, it more than tripled their space. The space also needed to support state of the art technology, be flexible, facilitate greater collaboration and productivity, as well as help drive talent acquisition and retention.
The POI Windsor team worked to create call centres, meeting rooms, private offices, training space, a lunchroom, study hub, lounge, locker room and a reception area. YA Engage chose primarily Steelcase products along with an architectural wall system for a high-end look and functionality.
The result is a modular, modern, open, uplifting new space featuring a lot of white with some punches of colour. It is thematically aligned with the company’s Minneapolis headquarters, providing a consistent expression of its brand, while allowing some modification to meet clients’ needs. YA Engage was delighted with the results.
